Currently the sole Architectural Designer at CoCreations
Construction & Design - predominately a design build firm that
specializes in residential design, additions, renovations, remodels
and new construction.
I spend the majority of my days interfacing with clients to help
understand their wants and needs and help bring their visions to
life. Providing all schematic design, design development and
construction documentation for all projects.
With a passion for rendering, I am also responsible for all 3d visuals
and walkthroughs to present to the team for review prior to sharing
with clients.
Collaborating with project managers, designers, engineers and
project managers to maintain project scope, overall budget and
finishes.
For the past two years I have taken on the responsibility of
reviewing, submitting and coordinating permitting for all of our
projects.
Outside of permitting I have also been responsible for estimating
all of our projects both in design and construction. Working closely
with the owner and sales team to capture accurate budgets and
timelines too deliver to our clients.

This is the freshmen design studio course all first year
architecture students must take. This course is mixed with students
from architecture, interior-design and construction management.
In this studio we go over hand-drafting, sections, floor plans,
elevations and interpreting/abstracting two and three-dimensional
space.

This is the second semester design studio for first year
students. This studio course explores connections through
architecture and how it can have a synthesis with math, dance,
technology, music, etc.

Worked on the design of multiple commercial/residential projects,
performed site visits, and produced detailed architectural drawings
such as Floor Plans, Sections, Elevations, Architectural details and
MEP drawings.
Met with clients through-out the design process to ensure needs
were being met and to reiterate the status of the project.
Worked closely with other professional Architects and Engineers on
an as-need basis.
Tabulated and organized client invoices and contracts as well as
staying up to date on monthly expenses
